Authors are invited to submit their abstracts through the on-line submission system, which is used to submit, view, or edit abstracts previously created. Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Technical Program Committee and accepted abstracts will be scheduled for an Oral or a Poster Presentation.

Topic Selection: Please review the topics categories and select area that is appropriate for your work. In addition, you can request that your paper be consider for one of the Special Topic Sessions (STS).

Presentation Preference:The presentation options are “Oral Presentation”, and “Poster Presentation”. The committee has the final say on presentation types, though every effort is made to honor authors’ choices.

Organization Number:In the abstract submission there is a section named ‘Organization of Authors’ where you can give details of the organization of the authors, but if the authors come from more than one organization then the details of each organization should be entered and each organization is given an organization number starting with number 1. The next section asks for the details of each author including the organization number from the section ‘Organization of Authors’, if all the authors come from the same organization then the organization number will be 1. If authors come from different organizations listed under ‘Organization of Authors’ then the organization number for each author will refer to his/her own organization.

Copyright Agreement: The submission form incorporates an electronic copyright transfer agreement as part of your submission. No additional mailed documentation is required.

Style Guide: The page limit is two pages. Template is available for download in the navigation area on the left side of this page. All abstracts must be submitted and presented in clear English with accurate grammar and spelling.

Paper ID:You will receive confirmation that your abstract has been received, indicating the Paper ID which it has been allocated. Please refer to this Paper ID in all correspondence regarding the abstract.

Abstract Submitter’s Declaration
Before submitting the abstract, the Abstract Submitter will be required to confirm the following
1. I, the Abstract Submitter, confirm that I previewed this abstract and that all information is correct. I accept that the content of this abstract cannot be modified or corrected after final submission and I am aware that it will be published exactly as submitted.
2. Submission of the abstract constitutes my consent to publication (e.g. congress website, programs, other promotions, etc.)
3. I, the Abstract Submitter, warrant and represent that I am the sole owner or have the rights of all the information and content ("Content") provided to the Optofluidics2016 and China International Conference Center for Science and Technology (CICCST) (Hereafter: “The Organisers"). The publication of the abstract does not infringe anythird party rights including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights. I, the Abstract Submitter, grant theOrganizers a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable nonexclusive license to use, reproduce, publish, translate,distribute, and display the Content.
4. The presenting author must be a registered participant. Only abstracts of presenting authors who have registered will be scheduled for presentation and included for publication.
5. The Organizers reserve the right to remove from any publication an abstract which does not comply with the above.
6. The contact details saved in this system are those of the corresponding author, who will be notified about the status of the abstract. The corresponding author is responsible for informing the other authors about the status of the abstract.
