One table, two chairs, one wastebasket, four 100W spot lights, one power outlet, one sign, daily booth cleaning, one full conference registration, one exhibitor badge, carpet, and company name on the following: website, opening session slide presentation and final program.


The signed contract and full payment must be received by June 30 2016, to ensure the ability of the Conference Organizers to complete the benefits/terms of the contract. The Executive Committee receives the right to amend the exhibit times and booth locations if necessary and will give you notice as soon as any times change.
